1/3 cup Natural Applesauce
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
3 Egg Whites
2-3 Bananas
1/3 cup Water
1 2/3 cup Wheat Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Mix applesauce and sugar
Stir in eggs then bananas and water
Stir in dry ingredients
Pour mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes

Honey Oatmeal Bread
1 ¼ cup warm water
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons room temperature butter
1 tsp salt
3 cups of flour
½ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (or, one package)
½ cup raisins (optional)
Follow the instructions on for your bread machine
Recipe makes 1.5 lb loaf, set to 'basic' with medium crust

Grandma Janis`s squash rolls
1 cup mashed yellow squash ( butternut or acorn, I like butternut best)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ( marg. or crisco )
1 teasp. salt
1 cup hot milk ( not too hot or you will kill the yeast )
1/2 cup warm water
1 pkg. yeast
5 cups flour
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Add yeast that has been disloved in the warm water.
Work in the flour and knead.
Let rise till double in bulk.
Knead again and form into rolls.
Let rise again, and bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
These freeze well and will keep for up to 6 months.
